With Christmas right upon us now we still have a few competitions to go before the end of 2016.
Firstly we have our 4th Annual Christmas Show on Tuesday 27th December. With classes for everyone, there is sure to be something for everyone . The show also includes qualifiers for CHAPS, The Showing Register as well as qualifications for Equifest.
For those of you that have attended our Halloween Show, don’t forget we have also started our own Showing Series with points awarded depending on placings. Not only that for those who have been lucky enough to be crowned champion or reserve you are invited to our Champion of Champions Show in May. So to be in for a chance of winning be sure to be here to gather your points! Last minute pre entries are being taken via Equo £8 a class pre entry (pre entries close 21st Dec) and classes are £10 on the day.
Even if you aren’t competing, it will still be worth popping up to visit and see the lovely combinations. Be sure to grab yourself some food and a lovely warm drink while you watch.
Our final showjumping shows of the year are on December the 22nd and 29th, we are holding our usual Thursday evening showjumping on the 22nd then day time unaffiliated show jumping on the 29th. With many classes planned for both days, be sure to get yourself there for what is set to be a fabulous time of festive showjumping fun. Christmas jumpers are of course encouraged for both dates.
Our usual Thursday evening Showjumping will be back to normal on the 5th January, this will also incorporate BS Club classes. Please note, you don’t have to be registered to jump on the night classes are open to all.
On the 28th and 29th of January we have Level 5 Course Designer Paul Thompson building for our first affiliated weekend competition, Cat1 and Club on the 28th followed by Juniors on the 29th. Schedule is available now.
For those of you awaiting the return of our Dressage shows there’s not long to wait until the 8th of January for the next date in our Winter Dressage Series. This date is already filling up rapidly with some classes already full so be sure to enter as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
We also have the return of our Tuesday Evening Dressage on the 17th and 31st of January, for those of you who have possibly never tried dressage before or would like somewhere calm and quiet to ride a test after the Christmas break.
